      _{&&   i gotta DISAGREE with this one   !   i think that frank had the IDEA for rocky,   &   that frank definitely has the tools   &   intelligence to have made rocky,   but i don’t think he did.   if there’s one thing u gotta recognize about frank it’s that he’s lazy whether he seems to be or not.   &   since riff raff knows how to work all the machinery in the lab    (   &   the obvious my/your genius line   )   i think it’s implied that riff is some kind of scientist,   too.   maybe not a biochemist like frank,   but one with a good enough understanding of biology to literally build a living thing.   &   frank’s ROYALTY.   if he wants something,   he’ll ask someone else for it.   it totally makes sense,   to me at least,   that riff would do most if not all the work on rocky just to have bitchass frank take all the credit.}
